This is transport, not a packaged tour: your group travels alone with the driver, on your timing. The service can run as a direct transfer or include an agreed waiting period, so the vehicle stays available while you are at the walkways.
Entrance to Los Glaciares National Park is managed by the park itself. Admission, boat trips and guided visits are booked separately and are not included in the transfer, so ask about current requirements when you request availability.
Our transfers are private unless the booking confirmation specifically states that the service is shared. A private transfer reserves the vehicle for your group and allows the departure time and pickup location to be arranged around your itinerary.
We can normally arrange pickup from hotels, apartments, bus terminals, airports, trailheads, and other approved locations within the service area. Your exact pickup and drop-off points will be confirmed before the transfer.
Standard suitcases, trekking backpacks, photography equipment, and outdoor gear can normally be transported. Please tell us the number of passengers and the amount of luggage before booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

Child seats may be available when requested in advance. Please provide the child’s age and approximate weight when making your reservation so we can confirm the appropriate seat.
Your cancellation conditions will be provided before the booking is confirmed. The amount refunded may depend on how far in advance the cancellation is requested and whether the vehicle has already been assigned.
